I paint because I love the element of chance, when the unexpected happens, as in Life itself. ‘That chance drip of paint and spread of colour, the very thing we think we cancontrol, but mostly it has a life of its own : a movement, a memory , a choice , it spreads , attaches and creates something; sometimes unexpected !
