I hadn't painted since my 20s but about five years ago I took up oil painting again after being bought a St. Ives School course by my family and this inspired me to paint seascapes.I’m excited by experimenting with different colour palettes and their interaction with light to create vibrancy.
Currently, I’m looking at the local landscape, sometimes using acrylic and mixed media for a new direction. I’m also trying out abstract painting - a challenge.
