Elaine is also showing work by her late father, Tom Griffiths, whose teaching career included teaching Art at Gloucester College of Art, Art Teacher at the Crypt School, as well as teaching many evening classes.

Elaine says:
Tom never stopped drawing and painting, for his own amusement and the amusement of others specially producing humorous little drawings for his grandchildren. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 94, leaving behind many pieces of work, some unfinished, which are on display here today and for sale. He supported the Redwings Horses Charity, and as a tribute to Tom and his love of horses. All proceeds from this sale will go towards that charity.

I hope you enjoy my father’s work as much as I did when it was being created.
