I make relief prints and drawings which are broadly autobiographical and narrative. They make reference to the River Severn and the Forest of Dean where I live, to Northern landscapes, ancient ships, wild birds and domesticity.
My work is generally optimistic, looking towards regeneration, resurrection and the meditative enjoyment of life, however stormy it gets.
